This Inis Meáin sweater is inspired by an irish fisherman named Máirtín Beag whos wife, Máire Cáit, was a superb knitter and was known for her distinctive patterns and flourishes when knitting Aran work wear. This is Inis Meáin's way of honouring her century-old pattern and craftmanship. 

Made from superfine merino wool, this knit is very light on the body while still being warm and comfortable.
